Please read these terms before accessing or using our website.
Serenity Wellness Centre (“Serenity Wellness Centre”) reserves the right to modify the terms and notices of this agreement at any time.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms govern the use of this website (https://Serenitywellnesscenter.ca)

The individual or legal entity purchasing products or services from the company, hereinafter referred to as the “buyer” or the “client”.

Article 1: Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products or services offered by Serenity Wellness Centre.
Article 2: General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the online sales of products or services carried out through the Serenity Wellness Centre website and form an integral part of the contract between the buyer and Serenity Wellness Centre.
Serenity Wellness Centre reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website.
The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of payment (or the first payment in the case of multiple payments) of the order.
These T&Cs are available on the website.
Serenity Wellness Centre ensures that their acceptance is clear and without reservation by implementing a checkbox and validation click. The client declares that they have read all of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without restriction or reservation.
The client acknowledges that they have received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets their needs. The client declares that they are legally able to contract under Canadian law or validly represent the individual or legal entity for whom they are committing. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by Serenity Wellness Centre constitutes proof of all transactions.
Article 3: Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use this site is 18 years. The client agrees that by using our site, they are over 18 years old. Serenity Wellness Centre assumes no legal responsibility for false statements regarding age.
Article 4: Prices
All prices are inclusive of all taxes and are payable in the currency chosen by the CLIENT, including Canadian dollars and euros.
No price will be revised during the duration of the SERVICES provided.
Serenity Wellness Centre reserves the right to adjust the prices of services and products at any time according to market variations.
Prices are clearly determined on the product or service description pages, as well as at the time of order validation.
Article 5: Products and Services
Serenity Wellness Centre reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order. The client acknowledges having received details of the payment terms and execution of the contract.
Serenity Wellness Centre undertakes to honor the client’s order.
The validity period of the offers and their prices is specified on the company’s website, as well as the minimum duration of contracts when they involve continuous or periodic supply of products or services. Unless otherwise specified, the rights granted under these terms are only granted to the individual who placed the order (or the holder of the email address provided).
Article 6: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The client may make payment via Stripe or by credit card. Cards issued by banks outside the European Union must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa).
Secure online payment by credit card is carried out by our payment provider. The information transmitted is encrypted according to industry standards and cannot be read during transmission over the network. Once the payment is initiated by the client, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. By providing their banking information at the time of sale, the client authorizes Serenity Wellness Centre to debit their card for the amount corresponding to the indicated price. The client confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that they are legally entitled to use it. In case of error or inability to debit the card, the sale is automatically terminated and the order canceled.
If Serenity Wellness Centre determines that the client’s payment has violated any law or its terms of use, it reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
Article 7: Refund Policy
No refund will be made for a session or service already completed.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued, but another appointment may be scheduled.
Article 8: Cancellation
In case of cancellation or modification of an appointment, the client is requested to inform Serenity Wellness Centre at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow Serenity Wellness Centre to reorganize the time slot and offer it to other clients.
Article 9: Intellectual Property Rights
All content published and made available on the Serenitywellnesscenter.ca website, including but not limited to trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, logos, documents, downloadable files, texts, or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of Serenity Wellness Centre.
No transfer of intellectual property rights is carried out through these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any total or partial reproduction, modification, or use of these assets for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
Article 10: Digital Download Terms
The digital files purchased are works protected by copyright law. In accordance with this law, the purchase of a digital file is reserved for personal and private use. Any reproduction, other than that authorized for downloading, adaptation, collective use, resale, or rental is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
No exchange, credit, or refund will be accepted after confirmation of a transaction for a digital product. Serenity Wellness Centre cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues between a digital product and an electronic device, except in the event that the product description is inaccurate.
Article 11: Force Majeure
The performance of Serenity Wellness Centre’s obligations under these terms is suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents its execution. Serenity Wellness Centre will inform the client of such an event as soon as possible.
Article 12: Nullity and Modification of the Contract
If one of the provisions of this contract is declared void, this nullity shall not result in the nullity of the other provisions, which shall remain in force between the parties. Any contractual modification is only valid after a written agreement signed by both parties.
Article 13: Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, as well as Quebec law P-39.1 regarding the protection of personal information in the private sector, you have the right to access, modify, oppose, and rectify your personal data.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the execution of this contract.
By entering your email address on one of our sites, you may receive emails containing information and promotional offers related to products published by Serenity Wellness Centre and its partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at contact@Serenitywellnesscenter.ca.

Article 14: Applicable Law
All clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referred to therein, shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and in Canada.
The nullity of a contractual clause does not result in the nullity of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
