Serenity Wellness & Yoga Retreat Centre was created by Nathalie Bergeron with the intention of offering a peaceful space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, restore balance and explore their personal growth.
Through yoga, holistic practices and guided experiences, Nathalie supports individuals in their journey toward greater awareness, inner harmony and emotional well-being.
Her approach combines mindfulness, energy work and personal development practices to create experiences that nurture both the body and the mind.

Nathalie Bergeron is the founder of Serenity Wellness & Yoga Retreat Centre. Her journey began not with a spiritual search, but with a personal turning point that invited her to slow down and reconnect with herself.
Through this experience, Nathalie discovered the power of natural wellness practices and developed a deep interest in holistic approaches that support the body, mind and spirit.
Over time, this personal journey naturally evolved into a desire to share these practices and guide others who are also seeking balance, clarity and well-being.


Nathalie’s Journey
A path of healing and discovery
Yoga, particularly Hatha Yoga Sivananda, became a central part of Nathalie’s life and a foundation for her personal transformation.
Through the practice of yoga, mindfulness and gratitude, she rediscovered balance, presence and a deep sense of inner peace. This path gradually led her to explore vibrational healing, energy work and the teachings of conscious manifestation.
Over the years, Nathalie has integrated several holistic practices including yoga, energy healing, essential oils, Raindrop Technique massage, tuning forks and the use of crystals.
She also completed the Brave Thinking Academy program with Mary Morrissey and is affiliated with the “Thinking Into Results” program created by Bob Proctor.
Today, Nathalie gently supports individuals who wish to reconnect with themselves, cultivate gratitude and move toward a more conscious and aligned life.
