Guided by Nathalie, each class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.
Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Classes are offered in person and in small groups, creating a welcoming space where everyone can move at their own rhythm.
Suspension yoga
Explore movement with lightness and support.
The Yogigym suspension system offers multiple height levels, making the practice both accessible and versatile. Each station can be easily adjusted to create a personalized setup that supports different body types, abilities, and experience levels.
Suspension yoga uses soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling to support the body in different postures. This unique practice allows participants to experience movements with greater freedom while reducing pressure on the joints.
The hammock supports the body, helping improve flexibility, balance and strength while encouraging a playful and relaxing experience.
The class often ends with a deeply relaxing moment where participants rest comfortably in the fabric cocoon.


Chair yoga

Chair yoga is practiced using a chair for support, making yoga accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities.
This practice focuses on gentle movements, breathing and relaxation while improving mobility, posture and circulation.

Sivananda yoga
A traditional approach to yoga that integrates body, breath and mind.
Sivananda yoga follows a classical yoga tradition that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
This practice encourages discipline, awareness and inner harmony while strengthening the body and calming the mind.
